Vanilla Matcha Smoothie

If you’re looking for the perfect smoothie to kickstart your day, try this creamy matcha smoothie using our culinary grade Happy Matcha. Packed with nutrients to fuel your body, this smoothie will keep you going all morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or your milk replacement of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we use Arbonne brand)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (we use a NutriBullet and LOVE it)
  • Blend until all ingredients are combined
  • Top with some colourful healthy treats (we used crushed pistachios) if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy!

Of course, you can tweak to taste. Add or subtract ingredients, or alter the ratios to get the flavour right for you.
